MATTRESS FIBRE BALES

 

Mattress Fibre is produced through traditional milling by separating the long Bristle Fibre from the coconut husk after retting in husk pits.  The shorter fibres are Mattress Fibre used for bedding, upholstery, filling material, erosion control and drainage filtering.

  • Packed in 120 kg, 130 kg, and 150 kg bales strapped with hoop iron or polypropylene tape
  • Loadability 20-23 tons per 40ft high cube container

MIXED FIBRE BALES

 

 

Mixed Fibre is produced by crushing the whole husk in a D1 or decorticator machine. This could be produced with green husk or dry husk. The primary usage is for upholstery and bedding industry.

  • Loadability 20-23 tons per 40ft high cube container

MACHINE TWISTED FIBRE

 

Machine Twisted Fibre is produced with Mattress fibre, Mixed Fibre and several mixes of Bristle Fibre as requested by the buyer. It is mainly used for upholstery, drainage filtering and bedding.

  • Packed in coils weighing between 20-24 kg
  • Loadability 20-22 tons per 40ft. high cube container

BIO FIBRE (CUT FIBRE)

 

Bio fibre consists of short fibres with lengths of 1-3 cm and granular portions of coco peat. This product is used as growing media, soil conditioning and layering material for barns and racecourses.

Product Specifications

  • Produced in 25 kg bales and 250 kg bales. Packed in printed or unprinted poly bags.
  • Produced in 100 kg bales and 125 kg bales strapped with polypropylene tape
